Ingredients 3 eggs 3 Tablespoons softcheese 1/8th teaspoon cream of tartar
Method: •Separate your eggs (whites from the yolks)
•Mix your yolks with the cream cheese
•Mix the egg whites with the cream of tartar and beat until fluffy but stuff ( the same way as you do for a meringue or pavlova)
•The best way to tell the egg whites are ready is you should be able hold the bowl upside down without the mix falling out !
•Fold your yolk and cream cheese mix into the whites and mix.
•Use a scoop to place your mixture onto trays, I usually get 12 pieces out of this mix * I recently used Yorkshire pudding dishes for this and they made perfectly round pieces so if you have them handy go for it
Cook for 30minutes at 150 degrees Celsius and youre done!!
