Keto onion Rings
Ok so this recipe is kinda vague but easy to do! It really depends on how many you want to make!
Seasoning - garlic, rainbow peppercorns and salt (pink himulayan preferred)
As far as quantities here I'm just going to give you ratios of almond flour and parmesan 3/4 cup almond flour to every 1/2 cup of parmesan, 1tsp of garlic, 1/2 tsp of pepper and 1/2 tsp of 1/2 tsp of salt. It depends entirely on how many onion rings you're planning on making.
Mix your almond flour, parmesan and seasoning in one bowl
Mix 2-3 eggs in a separate bowl
Slice your onion in full circles. (Put your onion on its side and slice fully through across the neck of the onion and continue down the rest of it )
Dip your onion ring in the eggs and then into the coating mix
Optional step.. Double dip, dip in the eggs after the coating and then into the coating - this is just if you want a thicker 'breading'
Place on your baking tray ( I use a silicon mat)
Bake at 200 Celsius until golden brown
