Pan Seared Cauliflower

I never had any intention of sharing this recipe on here., I was on the way home from work late last week, stopped in a shop, absolutely starving and grabbed a cauliflower... (rewind a year to when this would have been a bag of doritos)

Anyway I chopped up this cauliflower made a right meal out of it and threw it on my facebook and instagram... and my friends all just loved it.! And thats why it's made the cut on here! A very simple recipe but so enjoyable!



What you'll need..

  • 1/2 - 1 Cauliflower - this really depends on how hungry you are

  • Worchester Sauce

  • Avacado oil

  • Garlic

  • onion

  • Parmesan

How to ..

  1. This is really simple and quick to do, Heat up your frying pan with the oil and worchester sauce in it.

  2. Add Your Cauliflower florets, instead of breaking them up into individual florets I cut the cauliflower in slices for this. 

  3. Add finely chopped garlic and onion.

  4. Keep mixing until it starts browning off in parts

  5. Add your grated Parmesan while frying or after - Or both

  6. Voila - Enjoy

I haven't done macros for this as its such a general recipe idea, and everybody will make it differently - different amounts just remember

Cauliflower per 100g = 3g net carbs, 25calories 0.3g of fat, 1.9g of protein  and LOTS of vitamin C (:

Parmesan per tablespoon = 22cal, 0.2g carbs, 1.4g of fat and 1.9g of protein

Variations: Bacon/jalepenos make great additions to this recipe! swapping avacado oil for a chilli infused olive oil also gives it a great Kick.
