Pizushi? -nah they’re Pizza rolls

Kinda just made this one up as I went... I knew I wanted to make dough I just didn’t have a plan re what to do with it...


  • 165grams mozzarella

  • 36grams softcheese

  • 80grams almond flour

  • 1 egg

  • Seasonings of your choice (I go for oregano,rosemary, garlic OR a vindaloo style curry mix


  1. Put the Mozzarella, almond flour and soft cheese into a microwavable bowl and mix.

  2. Microwave for a little over a minute

  3. Mix around, put back in the microwave for another 30 secs

  4. Add the egg and seasoning to the bowl (I usually go for a pinch of salt, 1/4 - 3/4 teaspoon of oregano and garlic)

  5. Mix and fold well until the egg is no longer separated from the mixture.

  6. Plop your dough out onto grease proof paper or a silicon mat

  7. knead it out into a rectangular shape  

  8. Add your sauce! Pesto, passata anything you think will taste good!  

  9. Add your toppings thinner toppings work better with this one! I kept it simple with cheese and pepperoni 

  10. Gently lift the long side of the rectangle and start rolling it in on its self until it’s shaped like a long sausage 

  11. Cut into sections and lay them on their side in a baking tray! I use silicon mats but greese proof paper will work here! 

  12. Cook at 200c for 15 to 20 minutes or until golden brown (:
