Protein Pancakes

Protein Pancakes are that recipe I fell in love with early on in my food journey.. I think it was with the help of the wonderful Body coach / Joe Wicks that I discovered these! They were something I made on repeat in as many different ways as I could think.. Then I forget about them for a while and fall in love all over again. 

They're gluten and dairy free, not to mention low carb 


Ingredients: 

  • 150ml of milk - I use almond milk but the choice is entirely yours!  

  • 1 scoop of protein  / 25g 

  • 3 eggs  

Method: 

  1. Mix all your ingredients in a jug or mixing bowl ( a jug makes it easier to pour)  

  2. Heat up your frying pan with butter in it 

  3. Pour a thin layer of your batter on the pan, - (I tend to do a more crepe style of pancake than your typical American pancake)

  4. Cook until it's bubbly on top but holden and firm on the bottom  

  5. Flip and cook until golden brown  

Macros: 

This batter serves about 5 pancakes and these Macros are based on 1 pancake  

  • Calories: 67

  • Protein: 3.6g

  • Carbs: 1.2g

  • Fat: 3.3g  



Hints and tips
